My work is devoted to bringing women into deeper relationship to their own bodies, and therefore, deeper into their own health, vitality, intuition, and power. Sometimes that looks like working through physical symptoms, sometimes mental/emotional distress, and sometimes just curiosity for what else could be.
I am currently offering my work in two ways. One-through in person manual therapy. This work addresses your life, and/or your symptoms through the physicality of your tissue. Second is through somatic coaching that takes place via zoom. This work addresses your life through what is alive currently in your body and building capacity for more.
Both go hand in hand and inform each other during my work, however depending on your needs or desires, you may gravitate towards one modality over the other. Read below for more details.
Whole Body Pelvic Care
Manual Therapy that centers around the health of the female pelvis while also acknowledging its connection to your whole body. This type of manual therapy, formally knowns as Womb Continuum Care, weaves aspects of Structural Integration, Traditional Mexican Medicine, Scar Remediation, Visceral Manipulation, and other hands on modalities to return alignment into the body and increase blood flow, lymph flow, and nerve conduction while decreasing inflammation or stagnation.
I truly believe this work is for any woman and can be an excellent form of preventative medicine or self-care. It can however be a powerful tool for resolving a number of symptoms including but not limited to:
