I’m Sarah and one thing I know for sure, is that I am a life long learner and explorer.

For the first 13 years of my career, I worked as an Occupational Therapist within the traditional healthcare system. I specialized in motor and cognitive recovery after brain injury as well as child/adolescent neuropsychiatric health. Although I found deep meaning from working with those populations, I was craving a depth that can not be found within the medical system, or within any industrial system.

Through a wild chain of events, I have been invited to blend my passion for the human mind and body with my own personal journey of understanding and building a relationship with my own body, my cycle, and my feminine form as well as with the Earth and beyond.

I am wildly passionate and constantly blown away by exploring the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual connectedness within our own bodies and between each other, the Earth, and the Universe and how that connectedness (or lack thereof) directly relates to the state of human health in our current world. I am in awe of the shifts that can occur when interconnectedness, slow processes and embracing the unknown are honored instead of labels, symptom management and quick fixes. I am beyond excited to be offering this work to my community.
